The team said that it worked closely with GLAAD, a national LGBTQ media advocacy organization, in creating "Tell My Why" and that the transgender actor who voiced Tyler "made significant contributions" to the final product, as well. While the developers at DONTNOD are known for their work on the narrative cult classic game Life Is Strange, the studio may be looking to move away from the narrative storytelling market and into genres not yet explored by the developers.
Late last year, DONTNOD Entertainment revealed that the French video game development studio has over six new projects in the works, including Twin Mirror, which released back in December. From June 1 to June 30, you can get the narrative adventure game for free on Windows PC and Xbox One. The developer also pinned a tweet directing users to an FAQ page where they can learn more about the game, including instances of violence and misgendering that some players may not be comfortable with.
